Atlanta Homes ODAT Realty delivers Client Satisfaction!

We rely on Trusted Advisors for high-quality Client Service.

In this case, Cary Cooper, from Atlanta Property Inspections met with our Client, explaining step-by-step as the Inspection progressed.

All questions answered in real time.

Lots of new learning for the Client:

GFCI receptacle function and more.

Buying a new home can be an experience full of unknow steps for sure. Hiring an experienced and reliable Inspection company is essential. A thorough Inspection in the Due Diligence Period will detect if any flaws exist in the eagerly anticipated new home-to-be.

In addition to the verbal orientation to the Client, Atlanta Property Inspections provides an extremely thorough written report. From the report, the Buyer is able to analyze the new home's condition. Delivered within 24 hours, the report clarifies what the Seller must repair to bring the property up to Building Code for the current year.

Because Cary is so detail conscious, now the Buyer knows that certain circuits in the Electrical Panel are double-tapped and will need repair. A double-tap occurs when two wires are connected to a circuit breaker that is only designed to accept one wire. Some circuit breakers are designed to carry two wires. To prevent fire, a circuit breaker must carry the load for which it was designed.

Lynn a home inspection is a must.  A homeowner is very foolish if they do not do one, and a good Home Inspector is worth his/her weight in gold.

Lynn, a home inspection is critical, especially with older homes.  You definitely want to know what is going on before signing on the dotted line!
