Buckhead Atlanta:
Pets in the Home and Buyer Visits - REALTOR Survey

Finding the right home is important for the owners and also important for their special pets. No matter how much someone likes a home --- if it isn't the right one for the family- two legged or four-legged - it will not be purchased!!

Acknowledging the integral part of needs of pets in home selection is critical to any home search success. Family may mean more than humans!!!

The NAR Report entitled NAR Animal House: Remodeling Impact is available now along with an infographic (below) about the results.

Let's see if a picture truly is worth 1000 words ...

Lynn in some families I know, the four legged members play a bigger roll than the two legged members :)

That's a great infographic and it makes it simple to get the big picture!

Those are interesting statistics, Lynn. I never knew that animals (and pets in particular) were so popular, or that people actually consider their pet's needs when making a purchase. Learned something new today.
