Mr. Buyer are you finding yourself a day late on submitting an offer on a listing? That seems to be happening more often in our area than previously. It’s very important for a buyer to work with a buyer’s agent with whom you have the utmost trust and confidence.

In this changing market, more than ever, it’s critical to find the right buyer’s agent and rely on that agent to find property for you as soon as it hits the market. Mr. Buyer, there are many of you participating in the market. There are more of you than there are new listings.

Our area has a shortage of new listings, and even the previously less desirable homes are now selling. Everything sells.  If you, Mr. Buyer, feel that you can get the best deal by working directly with the listing agent, you’re wrong.

The result of that action will be one lost listing after another. You, Mr. Buyer, will find that you’re a day late and a dollar short. Do yourself a favor and find a buyer’s agent who will show you the homes that satisfy your needs and select one. Don’t waste any time negotiating a low offer and playing with personal property or you’ll be the bridesmaid rather than the bride.

The days of calling six listing agents to see six homes are long gone. You’ll be fortunate to find one of those six homes still on the market and the listing agent's pockets are tightly velcroed! Mr. Buyer, the only agent you need to call is a Buyer’s Agent, and rely on that agent to find you a home.

We represent the seller.  We will NOT participate financially for you. We will not secure a better deal for you.  WE WILL make sure the seller gets the best deal.
