Great post, Lynn! For me the best part of this job is that each client project is unique unto itself. I might have four clients all looking for a $300,000 home in a section of Charlotte metro and yet all four have very different needs and will buy very different homes in the same town with the same budge. One size cannot and does not fit all!

 Good morning Lynn. From what I hear, the Atlanta market is starting to slow down and creative thinking is the best way to market real estate. I do think that folks should call you especially with your creative thinking.
