Lynn B. Friedman - Atlanta Homes ODAT Realty: 2015 FHA Mortgage Insurance Rate Changes

2015 FHA Mortgage Insurance Rate Changes

Dear Readers,

Melanie Cameron, from Wilmington, NC, prepared a short but informative video about the 2015 FHA Mortgage Insurance rate changes. She speaks clearly and offers all the details one needs to know.

REMEMBER - another big change to the Mortgage Industry - postponed once already - is now scheduled for October 2015. Two new forms - "CLOSING DISCLOSURE" and "LOAN ESTIMATE" will replace the TILA Disclosure Form.

Enjoy Melanie's video and check out her other posts as well.

Have a successful day,
Lynn

PS Whether or not I have had a chance to thank you personally for following my Blog, I am very grateful to all of you who read and who comment when I write. L.

It's always good to have an expert in mortgages discuss these matters apart from running for cover yourself. :) I imagine it won't be as bad as everybody predicts, and I'm just gonna expect 45 day escrows for a while.
